Vies Distraites is the second single of Le Jour La Nuit Le Jour, the new upcoming album of Le Flegmatic, and first track of the record.
It talks aboit how bad and poorly we try to get our things together, maybe a little too confident in ourselves. It talks about swimming into the dark waters of bad conscience. It talks about shadows made out of rests.

With his own singular (and agressive) sense of humour that can break the tears out of you without warning, Thomas Boudineau dive into more profond waters with the help of his calm and stolid singing, and the fantastic production and arrangements of Jean-Philippe Hauray.
